Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

Help!

Spouse is wanting me to keep vehicle

along with the payments on that

vehicle and he keeps everything else.

Can I respond and provide proof that

I can't afford this car payment? He

makes well over $50,000.00/year

more than me. I just can't afford

this payment.

Remember that the petition is just a piece of papeer. Juts because he is asking for this does not mean the court will order it or that it is appropriate.
