terminate alimony

How do i terminate and collect alimony from my exspouse who remarried 13 months ago?

You may not be able to collect the overpayment in the alimony unless there are situations that would cause a judge to want to order that. Terminating is extremely easy and there are forms at the courthouse to do that. You can get them online, too. If you want to talk more about this on the phone, please give me a call.
