Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Arizona

I was recently divoriced in the court papers it stats that my ex will pay her bills and I will pay mine. Now I have companies garnishing my bank account/paychecks to pay bills that my ex does not want to pay. What can I do to get the garnishments to stop and make her pay me the money back?

Generally, community creditors are not restricted to which spouse is awarded the debt, i.e. the creditors are entitled to pursue collection against both parties. However, you do have recourse rights against your former spouse for reimbursement.
