Legal Question in Legal Malpractice in Arizona

I recently found out that my attorney has been suspended from practicing law by the state bar of Arizona. He has represented me at least once in a court hearing and has filed several motions with the court associated with my case. My question is what effect does this have on my case, past and present?

If he filed and appeared for you before being suspended, you are fine. If he did any legal work for you after being suspended, this is bad news for him (and you). While your lawyer is suspended, you will probably want to find a different lawyer to continue litigating the matter.
