how to get out of the military

i was just wondering what i needed to do to get discharged from the military under honorable conditions. i signed up for 6 years i've served 3years and i really want to get out. what can i do?

The only realistic way to get an honorable discharge legally is to complete your enlistment. You can request a discharge, but unless you have a valid reason to terminate your contract early, your request will be denied. Really wanting out is not a valid reason. Check with your admin section for a list (or the regulation which includes the list) of valid reasons to terminate your contract early. There are some. Ask for something like the Retirement and Separations Manual or Regulation.
