Legal Question in Personal Injury in Arizona

My question regards an uninsured motorist hitting me. Hypothetically if my limit is 30k and that caps from medical and damages am I able to take them to court for the wages loss and pain and suffering? Some people say yes and others no

You can sue the other party for the amount, but your insurance will pay no more than $30k. Also, your insurance will have the right to be reimbursed for whatever they paid from whatever you get from the other party.
