Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Arizona

Home eviction after foreclosure

My home was foreclosed upon and sold Sept. 13th to an investment co. I was not notified of sale until Sept. 30th and now they say I have until Oct. 4 to vacate. If I don't vacate by this date they will send the sheriff out to serve us court papers at which time they will charge me for reasonable rent from Sept 13th on and court and attorney fees. This just does not sound right, eviction in State of Arizona I thought was at least 30 days, was told 90 for owners. What can I do and what can they do to me and how long can I stay here, need to pack and find a rental home for my family. Thanks urgent,
