Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Arizona

Choosing an Executer

I am not sure either of my sons are competent enought to execute my will and secure my various 401Ks, pensions, insurance, etc. What are some other alternatives? If I select a local attorney, how can I be sure they are still around when I pass away? Do banks ever handle this sort of thing?
