contesting Power or Attorney

Can our siblings contest my father's Power of Attorney? We have it, they've been out of contact for three years, now they want it.

I can only advise you if the action arises here in Montana. Under Montana law, you can contest any contract or will. However, the only contest that can be made is that the power of attorney was done under duress or influence to invalidate it.
