Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Arizona

I need help

My parents moved me from California to Arizona and bought a house for me to live in over two years ago. My Dad passed away ten months after I moved in . Now my Mom wants to sell the house and wants me out .

Do I have any rights to the house even though my name is not on the title?

No, a gift of the use of the house, does not mean that you can use it forever and a promise to make a gift is not enforceable. I suggest that you get your mom to sell the house to you, the market price is low and there are great deals on financing available.

Probably not. But, more information is needed. I'd have to see the deed tot he house. Also, did your dad have a will or a trust leaving you anything? Were your parents married to each other when your dad died?
