I wish to bring someone from Morocco to the United States to be married. What do i need to do

First, you will need to travel to Morocco to meet this individual in person (if you haven't met in person in the past 2 years).

Then, you will have to file a Fiance Visa Petition with an appropriate USCIS Service Center. When the petition is approved (in approx. 5 months), it will be sent for a visa issuance to the US embassy in Morocco, where your fiance(e) can apply for a Fiancee visa.
