Legal Question in Family Law in California

California child support

My children are 15 and 17. At what age will the support paid to their mother end? I have looked over my court documents and have been unable to find the answer.

Reply: California child support

In a general sense, child support ends in California at age 18, except that if a child turns age 18, is still in high school full time and resides with a parent, child support extends to age 19 or graduation from high school, whichever first occurs.

For a specific opinion regarding your individual circumstances, I suggest that you consult with an experienced family law lawyer and have him or her review your particular Judgment. Experience is not expensive, it's priceless!
