Legal Question in Personal Injury in California

I recently bought an used car at a dealer, but it turns out that the car broke Down a couple of days later. It's been a week and i haven't gotten it back yet. I am supposed to make my first payment soon.

What should i do?

You haven't gotten it back from where? You have rights- what is the dealer saying? We need more information. Perhaps you should call an attorney.
