Your question fails to provide enough information to provide any kind of definitive answer. As a general rule you have 10 days to file a petition for review to the California Supreme Court after the denial of a petition for an extraordinary writ. There are to many possibilities and variables to discuss in a short answer. Look at a book on California Appellate Practice for further assistance or a text on Criminal Appeals.
