Disabled Parking Discrimination

Can a hotel charge a fee for disabled persons to access disabled parking spaces?

If they charge more than non-disabled parking, you're entitled to $4,000 each time it happens. Contact me and I'll help you collect it.

It should charge the same fee it charges other guests. Otherwise, it would be discriminating.

If they charge everyone for parking, that includes you. They can't charge you more.
