Legal Question in Disability Law in California

I have a handicap placard. I live in a gated over 55 development. Rules are no vehicals in driveway. With handicap placard, can they keep me from parking in driveway?

Of course. You don't get special privileges or exemptions with the placard, only 'reserved' parking at businesses.
