Legal Question in Administrative Law in California
The country clerk mispelled my husbands name on the marriage certificate.
(Yet they spelled his mothers name properly)
Is it still legal and how can we have it fixed?
The spelling error is tiny, his name is Bird and they spelled it Brid.

First, you should probably check with the county clerk's office to see if it will send you a corrected certificate. I do not believe you would have to take any legal steps to have it corrected.
