I have a Probated, mediated breached settlement agreement, enforable under CCP 664.6. Can I file Civil Court Forms to explain to court what I want,how I was damaged, ect?

Or does this action have to done in a pleading format?

I do not understand what you have; did you obtain in a probate matter after a mediation an agreement of settlement by the parties? If you have a mediation agreement that states it is admissible into evidence, then you need to file a motion with the court asking for the agreement to be enforced. Almost all requests to the court must be in a pleading format.
