Legal Question in Administrative Law in California

Licensed broker, complaint filed against me February 2010 from events in August 2009. DRE/BRE. Last communication with BRE/DRE was in 2012. Is there a statute of limitations for them to make a decision on the accusation or will the issue remain open indefinitely?

There is a statute of limitations for most offenses. However, on occasion there is no statute of limitations for some offenses as to these instances the administrative law court will apply the most appropriate statute of limitations it can find. In the absence of more details I cannot determine the statute of limitations for your alleged wrong doing. Good luck.
