Legal Question in Administrative Law in California

Navy contrcts

I am having a differcult career in the Navy. At this point in my career I would just like to be discharged. I have completed SEAL training and was proud to serve my country as one until they removed me from the community. I extended to do this job and now I am being forced to do a job that I hate. I am not even doing anything I have learned and I find it that I was place on a ship to be hidden. I am not even working in my rate. How can I get help. The Navy Legal systems does not even know what to do. I need help. No one in my chain of command is helping and I`ve asked everyone for help. They know that this is wrong and I am losing 1300 a month to do a job I hate.

Re: Navy contrcts

Wow. You need to find a lawyer with practical experience under the Uniform Code of Military Justice - maybe a former JAG officer. This is a very specialized problem.
