Legal Question in Appeals and Writs in California

i recentlywas laid off i worked for a goverment funded adult day care facility. i was out one night and i got caught with brass knuckles in my pocket i was arrested for that after i went back to work for about 2 weeks well my supervisor told me i couldnt work there due to because i was put on summery probation for 2 years. i been a care taker for more than ten years can i get back to work soon as a caregiver.

You'll probably never again work in child care, caregiver, or related fields with that conviction, at least not in any job that does a background check.
