Legal Question in Appeals and Writs in California

What are the specifics for illegal fireworks - I got a ticket with no fireworks found just a launcher on the street - cops did not know who it belong too they wanted to ticket anyone did not matter who - so I volunteered to take the ticket. $1000 fine.

You "volunteered" for a $1000 fine ticket?? Amazing. Why are you now worrying about the 'law'??
