i work for an after school program. june 5 our funding ended and i was terminated from my position. i got a note saying to wirte my name in case the positions opened up again for me to called back ONLY IF the positons were to open back up. I was dennyed my unemployment twise. IS ths right?

You need to post this in a different category. I am not an expert in unemployment law, but it seems to me that you were not terminated from your position but rather it was a limited time employment that ended with the end of the normal school year. What reason were you given for umemployment benefits being denied?
I believe that for the type of work you were doing there must be a reasonable expectation of being rehired, which does not seem to be the case. Try contacting an attorney who specializes in this area as they can probably give you a correct answer within a few minutes.
