Legal Question in Bankruptcy in California
How do I account for the student loan payments when filling the Means Testing for chapter 7? Do I add it to the Total Standard Monthly Expense Deductions? There seems to be no field for student loan payments.

A student loan is a general unsecured debt and the payments are not a deduction in calculating eligibility for Chapter 7 in the Form B22A means test form even if not dischargeable.
