When filing an amended Sched.''F'' do both parties have to appear at the clerks office to file

There's a fee of $26. Make sure to also add a supplemental creditors' list if you're adding creditors. Any adult should be able to file it as long as they pay by the methods required by the clerk. You might check with the court to make sure.
