You need to contact a local bankruptcy attorney. Most will give you a free initial consultation, from that point you can decide how you want to proceed. Nobody can give you a step-by-step set of instructions in this forum. Call a few local bankruptcy attorneys and go interview them to see who has experience, and is willing to work with you to get this done in a reasonable time frame.
