Legal Question in Bankruptcy in California
If I signed personally for the lease on my corporation, is this Means Test eligible as it makes the lease a consumer vs business for the means test rule/

you can include it on the means test if you personally pay for the monthly payments. The means test reviews personal payments made. So, no.
