States that there is no money in the account. the business generates the same amount for the past 7 quarters. I believe she is , stealing the cash receipts, and not adding those funds into the business account. What Can I do ? is there anyway to check her personal bank accounts ? Please Help ,

You will need to find a way to look at the books and records of the business -- bank statements, for instance, or the accounting system. Talk to the bookkeeper, if you have one. If necessary, you will have to hire a lawyer to write a letter.

You do not have a way to obtain her personal bank account records, short of suing her to recover the missing funds.
