Buy a business

What are the steps and forms needed if we are going to buy a business suana/pool business from someone? This business has been established for over 25 years.

Step 1: hire someone experienced to handling business sales, generally an attorney.

Forms: custom drafted fact-specific sales agreements, releases and warranties, stock sale agreements, shareholder agreements, bylaws and amendments, corporate notices and filings, etc.

You want a written purchase agreement.

You should probably consult with an attorney to discuss options and get everything written that is needed.
