Legal Question in Business Law in California

How difficult is it to find a lawyer on contingency?

I have a partnership/real estate case worth approximately $80,000. There may be possible punitive damages (I am disabled).

I am looking for an attorney who would be willing to do this on continengcy with some fees for expenses.

I answered a previous version of this question for you already. For some reason, LawGuru of late has been allowing and forwarding multiple versions of substantially the same question from the same inquiring user. Oh well, it may give us a chance to improve upon our answers to the original version of the question. In this case, I would add to my prior answer that I am currently handling a real estate partnership case for a disabled client in Alameda County Superior Court. It has become a contingency matter because my client has become unable to pay during the case and I am betting that he will win and pay rather than drop him in mid-case.
