Lack of payment
I have a janitorial company. I am cleaning a non profit organization for the last 5 years and the problem I have is that they are not paying me during the last 4 months.
They keep giving me excuses.
What should I do?

Stop cleaning for them, and consider a lawsuit against them.

Try to negotiate, and if that not work: Stop cleaning for them, and consider a lawsuit against them.

Quit working for free, and bring a small claims suit for your bill.
