It sounds like you may have certain rights to the company if the capital used for the company was yours and the stock is yours.

However, there are a whole lot of issues that might be raised in this matter that need to be investigated and researched in detail.

The best thing to do is have a sit down discussion with an attorney bringing any and all documents that you have regarding the company and your royalties and how your royalties were used for the initial capital of the company.

Noddy Equity Exchange, Inc. has been dissolved. If you were not the incorporator did you have copyrights on the characters? You may have a problem with the name availability if you wish to re-incorporate with the same name. Call me directly at (619) 222-3504.

Without a lot more details, no one can give you any worthwhile advice. IF you have evidence that you started the company, then your interest can be traced through to the present. 'Claiming' the company probably means you will have to file a lawsuit to determine and resolve your interest in the company, seek money due, etc. 'Arranging the process' means hiring an attorney to do so. Please clarify your question. Do you own / have you registered the copyright in the characters? The copyright in the childrens' books or other creative works, if any? Are there assets, to your knowledge, owned or claimed by this company? Who are the officers and directors listed in the Department of State records? When and by whom was the company formed? Did you pay money to the corporation or its founders, and do you have any written receipts or records? I would be pleased to try and be of assistance.
