misrepresentation

I purchased a new 2006 Honda Accord. Sticker 24city`34 Highway mpg

I am not getting more than 15-17 mpg city and Highway.

This is the 3rd Honda Accord I have

owned and never ran into this

situation.

What's my recourse?.

Have you taken this car back the seller?

I would need more information before advising you further, but you could be recieving lower gas milleage for a multitude of reasons.

If the dealer will not address your concerns or if they are unable to improve your mpg, you may want to speak to an attorney.
