Legal Question in Business Law in California

I registered an LLC in CA with a business partner. Both of our names are included in the article of organization. However I did not include her in the statement of information L:LC 12 form within the 90 day period (only myself). Is she legally still an included member of the LLC?

Yes. It is the organization's documentation that determines membership. The Secretary of State filings are not like a deed or something, where if someone is left off they are presumed not to be a legal owner.
