Release of Liability for E Business
I am starting an online market research firm for entrepreneurs; before purchase, I would like my customers to read & sign a waiver freeing our company from any potential damages that could occur as a result of actions taken by someone using our data (for example an investor who looses money on a bad business venture).Does such a form exist; if not can I create one, or should can I have one special ordered? Note This will be similar to Law Guru Instructions and terms of use.
