Legal Question in Business Law in California

I need to research any cases such as lawsuits where a given company or its principals have been involved in a lawsuit or other legal action whether plaintiff or defendant. I need copies of the legal transcripts or judgments. Where can I search this online, Lex Law or Lexus Nexus I'm told has it but that is expensive.

I subscribe to WestLaw at a fixed monthly rate, so I can look up the company without any cash cost to you or me. If you send me the name of the company and maybe some key search terms, I'll see what I can find in 1/2 hour or so and give you the results as a 'free initial consultation' and maybe in return you might later on decide to retain me to do paid work - Please send direct to my email address, not thru LawGuru.

If you are in litigation with the company then it must disclose such in discovery. Do you have a claim against the company of interest? Conact me directly.
