How do I get help to respond to a letter threating small claims court from our client to our home repair company?

First, you will want to draft a HIDES document in which you provide the History, Issues, Documents, Evidence and the Solution you would like to see occur. Then you will either/or/both want to contact a business attorney to review the matter or read the NOLO book "How to Win in Small Claims Court". Some counties have a small claims court facilitator.
