Small Business - agent of record - sponsorship brokerage agent
In order to solicite business(sponsorships) for clients (entertainers) do we have to be an agent of record for each client?

Depends what you mean by "agent of record". and "sponsorship"?
You can solicit business for any one who has hired you. If no one has hired you and you represent to others that you are acting on their behalf, this could get you in trouble. Please define further what yo u intent to do.
