Legal Question in Business Law in California

I am starting a company online that will be selling goods and services. I was wondering what would be the best form of incorporation and how do I go about selling across borders?

Also, what are the tax implications of establishing the business overseas?

Thanks a lot!

Any attorney will say a review of all facts, documents, etc. regarding your personal and tax situation is required. This is not a simple bulletin board type question; in fact you ask multiple questions that span several areas of legal expertise. Consult with a tax, corporate and international law attorneys in your area for specifics.

yes -- the best form of your entity, or whether you need to form one at all, depends on specific factors, and take into consideration both liability protection and tax issues.

The other attorneys are quite correct, there is no way to answer your questions without a careful review of your business plans. If you are in the San Francisco or Sacramento areas, and would like a no obligation initial consultation, please let me know.
