Legal Question in Business Law in California

I am suing a corp and it's founder.

I would like to know if a registered agent of his corporation is required to accept a summons for other businesses / defendants - non llc - that the founder owns?

These other businesses are not corporations and are also included in the lawsuit.

Not unless the registered agent has the appropriate relationships with the non corporation entities.

No. A registered agent can only be validly served for companies that they are agents for.

No, unless the parties served consent, which is very unlikely.
