Legal Question in Business Law in California
About Temporary Agencies, and Contract Specifications.
What is the Employee's Right to Know about his Contract with the agency and the Company hiring? Also, I was wondering, Is it legal, if The Agency pulls the Employee off the Job, for us to hire him, not through them before the 6 months is up?
I would Appreciate it if you can help me, Thank You.
