Unfortunately, most registration issues are outside of the court system using the ICANN organization to resolve these issues. We can stop someone from using a trade name or a trademark on the state or federal level. Call me to talk about more specific issues. I did not understand the first post where you had the domain of familyrv.com in 1995 but this new guy registered it in 1997??
