Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in California

On april 2012 my son and his cousin were attacked @ 16th mission street by 2 criminals. Whensf police came they let go criminals and charged bith kids by felony. Because of their muslim faith. I want to take action against sfpd.

The action you need to take is to hire a criminal defense attorney to try to keep them out of prison.

Their 'story' and claims of discrimination are certainly not going to be corroborated by the police testimony and reports, so they will need neutral credible witnesses to testify about the crime, and that there was any 'discrimination'. Without witnesses, it is their word versus police, and they lose any civil case, regardless of what happens in the criminal case.

IF, and only IF, they win the criminal case will they have any reasonable potential for taking further action.
