Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in California
My neighbor owes me more than $6,000 and was ordered to pay by the court in 2010. He did not pay and I have a lien against their property. SInce then he has hired various people to do work and is in process now of constructing a massive fence with solar gate, etc. What can I do to make him pay me now, since it's clear that he has plenty of money?
