I am a graphic artist. One piece in a series of which I am working on includes the font Apple Color Emoji. I will be wanting to showcase and sell my art. Is this font legal to use on my art for me to make a profit?

Let me guess, you are also the Snickers guy right?

As noted in my last response, you simply cannot receive IP clearance here over a free and public Q&A platform. You need to consult IP counsel in private and explain exactly what you are doing, exactly what you are using and exactly for what purpose.
