Legal Question in Consumer Law in California
I have 5 more payments left on my car. I'm 2 payments behind and they keep threatening to repo my car every month. This is very harassing. I pay my bill on time every month. Can they repo my car even though I'm only a couple of months behind but pay them $403 every month.

They can repo your car if you're one day late. It would be a shame to have this happen when you're so close to paying it off.
