Company gave out my private information to an employee

Made complaint on corporate website about poor service received at a store. Their customer service gave my private information - my name, phone number, and home address to the person who I complained about. The woman has since called many times, does not leave her name, company name, purpose for calling - nothing. She left one message telling me that if I--name removed--screening my calls to pick up my phone. One call my husband answered and she was rude/pushy. All other calls she hangs up and does not leave a message - I have her on caller ID. 5-6 calls total so far. I told customer service to make her stop calling after her first call, but she did not stop. I now have her number blocked from my phone.

Is it legal for the company to give out my personal information to someone who is not in customer service, especially when that person is the one who was complained about? Their website says they do not give out personal information.

I am worried about that woman having my personal information, especially my home address.

Did they violate my privacy rights? Was it okay for them to give my personal information to employees not in customer service, especially my address?
