Legal Question in Consumer Law in California
I live in California and I purchased a MB R350 4 years ago. It has 55,000 miles on it and is under an extended warrenty. I am having a problem with the car that will effect the resale of the car. I have taken it to the dealership for repairs now three times, it is actually there now. Iam not sure what my rights are under the CA lemon law.. can you help?
