Legal Question in Consumer Law in California

Not My purchase
we recieved a package in the mail yesterday but we didnt open it because the person doesnt live here..so i was going to return it to usps tomorrow..turns out my cousin who called me this morning told me that he was expecting a package here at my house..but the package was in a females name...so he tells me that he used my computer the other day and ordered himseld a $300 dollar digital camera that i had nothing to do with!!! oh and ontop of that..the credit card is not his either...dont know where he got it...what do we do?

Return it to the post office. Don't get involved in someone else's credit card or drug smuggling crime.
