Legal Question in Consumer Law in California
IF i were to be stopped by the California Highway patrol, and my car was towed. When I picked up my car, the car was severely damaged. The Highway patrol vehicle inspection list showed it was towed away in good condition. Is the tow company responsible for repair of the car. If so, what steps need to be taken?

File a claim with your insurance company and let them deal with it.
